Misadventures!

It’s not been over a month since I had my Globe Broadband Wired service installed in mu place. And it’s not over a month since I experience “hell” in terms of the service I am getting with this ISP.

Fine. This is like the first time I subscribed to an ISP but that does not give them any reason to give me this frustration every time my internet connection get disconnected. I am talking about disconnection for every 5-10 minutes. I have never experienced a smooth-sailing browsing for at least an hour, more so, even 30 minutes?! Can you believe it?!

Admittedly, I got tired of calling the tech support. For some time now, I haven’t called them for about a week and I am just incarcerated with the kind of service they are giving me.

Today I called TS again of Globe. This time around, I was such a sarcastic customer and my apologies for the person who received that call cause I had to unleash my wrath to this ‘nightmare’ with Globe.

Guess what?

“Okay sir, I apologize, gagawan ko na lang po ng report and will have this escalated to the engineering department.”

Blah blah blah

Haha Those were just cliches! My goodness. That was like the 4th time that I heard those lines coming from the tech support rep.

I’m locked in this damn service for a year so I guess I have to deal with them for a year!
